450 can be used to process different yarns easily and quickly, for clothing, home textiles and weaving loom suppliers, as well as high-quality composite semi-finished materials. The center module of the frame structure is 75% more rigid than the P1, and it is also designed for optimal force flow. The torsional stiffness of the reed shaft is increased by 50%, making the weaving process more stable. Whether it is a jacquard knitting machine with cam motion, dobby (up to 24 axes) or up to 30,000 hooks, combined with the EasyLeno gauze system developed by DORNIER, up to 16 fill thread colors, P2 is a creative , Flexible, precise and efficient production of high-quality clothing and home textiles or glass, carbon or aramid technical textiles.
There are three models of this new machine. In addition to the standard configuration, the P2V is an enhanced version that can provide up to 37 kN of beating-up force, while the P2S heavy-duty loom has a maximum reed beating force of 50 kN, which is suitable for very heavy and dense technical fabrics. . Like all looms of DORNIER, all variants of P2 are equipped with high-performance interfaces, so they can be easily integrated into the IT/tool environment of the weaving mill.
